Wallpapers made available on NIMWALL are provided for personal, non-commercial display as wallpapers on computer monitors, smartphones, tablets, smart displays, and related electronic hardware.

2. Intellectual Property & Redistribution

All artwork, photography, illustrations, and 3D renders remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, photographers, and licensors. Downloading an image does NOT grant commercial resale rights, rights to print merchandise, or permission to re-host the media on competing galleries without express authorization.

3. DMCA & Takedown Notices

NIMWALL strictly respects the intellectual property rights of artists and copyright holders. If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly uploaded or displayed, please submit a notice to dmca@nimwall.com including the wallpaper URL and proof of ownership, and we will promptly remove it.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
